Who can use Showfolio

You must be at least 16, or older if your country sets a higher age for using online services on your own. If you use Showfolio for a business or organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account, so keep that account secure: anyone who can sign in to it can sign in to yours. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at support@showfolio.bio if you think someone else has access to it.

Your page address and domain

Page addresses are given first come, first served. We may take back an address that impersonates a person or brand, misleads visitors, or that we need to reserve for the service. When you rename a page, the old address redirects to the new one for 90 days and can then be claimed by someone else. If you connect your own domain you must own or control it, and it stops working if your plan no longer includes custom domains.

Your content

You keep every right you have in what you publish: text, images, files, links and the rest. You are responsible for it and must have the rights to publish it. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, copy, cache, resize, display and deliver your content only so we can run the service for you and your visitors. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies that expire on their own as described in our Privacy Policy. We never use your page in our marketing without asking you first.

What is not allowed

Don't use Showfolio, or a page on it, to:

• break the law, or help someone else break it;
• phish, scam, sell counterfeit goods or run deceptive offers;
• spread malware, or link to it, or hide where a link really leads;
• impersonate a person, brand or organization;
• harass, threaten or promote hatred or violence against people;
• publish sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate images;
• share other people's private information, such as ID numbers or home addresses, without their permission;
• infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights;
• sell or promote weapons, drugs or other regulated goods where that is illegal;
• overload, scrape, probe or attack the service, or get around its limits and security.

Orders, offers and messages from your page

Some blocks let visitors contact you, for example by sending a WhatsApp order from your menu or copying a coupon. Those conversations and sales are between you and your visitors: we are not a party to them. You are responsible for your prices, availability, offers and coupons being accurate, for fulfilling what you promise and for following the consumer, food and advertising rules that apply to you.

AI features

Our AI features can draft or edit your page from a short description. Their suggestions may be wrong or incomplete, so review them before you publish; what you publish is your responsibility. Don't type other people's private information into them. AI use is limited by plan, and we may change those limits to keep the service available.

Reports, moderation and copyright

Anyone can report a page with the link at the bottom of it. We review reports and may hide or suspend a page while we look into it. If you believe a page infringes your copyright or trademark, email report@showfolio.bio with the page address, what you own, and how to reach you. We may remove the content and tell the page owner, who can reply to us. Accounts that infringe again and again will be closed. If your page was suspended by mistake, write to support@showfolio.bio.

Plans and limits

The Free plan is free. Pro is a paid monthly plan with higher limits and extra features, shown on our pricing page. If you move back to Free, nothing you made is deleted, but the Free limits apply again: extra pages are locked, pages over the block limit can't be saved until you remove blocks, and a custom domain stops working until you upgrade again.

Payments and taxes

Pro payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of Pro subscriptions: it takes your payment, charges and pays the VAT or sales tax that applies, issues your receipt and answers payment questions. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's terms for buyers. Prices are in US dollars. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Changes to the service

We keep improving Showfolio, so features may change. If we remove a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the service fast, secure and available, but we provide it as it is and as available, without promises that it will always work without interruption or errors. Visitor statistics are estimates: they leave out bots, link previews and your own visits, and may differ from other tools.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law where you live does not allow us to limit.

Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, your page or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, to the extent the law allows.

Suspending or ending an account

You can delete your account at any time from the account settings; this removes your pages and media. We may suspend or end an account or page that breaks these terms, puts visitors at risk or that the law requires us to remove. When we can, we tell you first and explain why. You can ask us to review the decision at support@showfolio.bio.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard at least 30 days before the change takes effect, unless the change is needed sooner for legal or safety reasons. If you keep using Showfolio after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.

Disagreements

If something goes wrong, please write to support@showfolio.bio first; most problems are solved quickly that way. Nothing in these terms takes away the consumer protections you have under the law where you live.
